API Butterfly valve is a high performance butterfly valve designed and manufactured according to current American standard API609.The valve uses a three-dimensional eccentric bevel cone seat seal pair, and the butterfly plate seal is mounted on a butterfly plate with a new type of metal chip to match the seat.The butterfly plate is used to rotate and press the seal tightly, so the friction resistance of the sealing surface is small and the function of closing is tighter and tighter. In this way, the sealing performance is reliable and the opening ensures that the seal is completely out of contact and the sealing surface is not damaged.The main structural features of 815W, 830W and 860W Series Butterfly valves are clamp type and flange type tri-eccentric structure, while those of 815L and 830L Series Butterfly valves are designed as single flange structure with screw holes and lugs around the valve body.
