Product Features
Fully welded ball valve are one-piece fully-welded ball valve, no external leakage phenomenon, because the seat is made up of PTFE seal ring and spring, it is adaptable to the change of pressure and temperature, and no leakage is produced within the range of use. The processing of the ball has an advanced computer detector tracking test, with high precision of the ball. As the material of the valve body is the same as the material of the pipe, the stress is not uneven. It will not cause the deformation due to the earthquake and the vehicle passing through the ground, and the pipeline is aging. The sealing ring is made of PTFE material with 20%C (Carbon) content to ensure no leakage (0%).
