V-flange Adjustment ball valve belongs to fixed ball valve and single seat sealed ball valve. Its regulating performance is in the ball valve. The flow characteristic of V-type flange regulating ball valve is equal percentage, and the adjustable ratio is 100:1. Its V-shaped notch and metal valve seat have shear effect. V-shaped ball valve is especially suitable for medium containing fiber, small solid particles and slurry.
Product Features
1. Integral structure of V-type flange regulating ball valve body: the valve body is an integral side mounted structure with strong structural rigidity, which is not easy to cause deformation and leakage.
2. Upper and lower self-lubricating bearings: the upper and lower self-lubricating bearings are installed in the valve body, which has large contact area with the valve stem, high bearing capacity and small friction coefficient, so as to reduce the torque of the valve.
3. The valve seat can choose metal hard seal or PTFE soft seal according to the needs of medium and working conditions: the sealing surface of metal hard seal valve seat is overlaid with hard alloy, the ball surface is plated with hard chromium or hardened by spray welding and ion nitriding, so as to enhance the service life and temperature resistance of the sealing surface; the soft sealing PTFE seat or reinforced PTFE valve seat has good sealing performance, corrosion resistance and wide application range.
4. Economy and practicability of V-type flange regulating ball valve: light weight of valve body, small torque of valve stem, small specification of pneumatic or electric actuator, high cost performance compared with other types of control valve.
5. Wide range of medium application: due to the shear force between the V-shaped opening and the valve seat, and the smoothness and roundness of the valve inner cavity flow channel, the medium is not easy to accumulate in the inner cavity, so it is more suitable for the system control of medium with fiber and solid particles in addition to the liquid medium.
6. Small flow precise control of V-type flange regulating ball valve: small CV value can be accurately controlled by machining special V-shaped opening of small diameter valve core.
