Handle type forged steel fixed ball valve can be made of steel plate or cast by stainless steel. The handle is equipped with a limit structure to set the limit at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on the key device, the limit block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle has obvious opening and closing marks. The valve rod is forged and modulated by a182f (1Cr13), and the hardness reaches hb220-250. The valve rod is connected with the handle through flat key or spline or square wedge, which has strong universality and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve rod is equipped with anti blowing structure. The packing of the valve is braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluorone sealing ring, which makes the valve stem reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
