Product Features

1. It adopts middle flange thread connection, and both ends of branch pipe are flange connection structure, which can be used with imported equipment;
2. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant;
3. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the valve stem has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance;
4. The flange seal adopts metal ring gasket, which has high strength, reliable sealing and good durability;
5. 1500Lb ~ 2500lb middle chamber adopts pressure self tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure and has high reliability;
6. Stainless steel thread connection seal seat or body overlaying austenitic stainless steel is adopted for back sealing. The sealing is reliable. The replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick without affecting the system operation.
