High temperature high pressure electric globe valve , also known as power station stop valve, is suitable for various systems of thermal power plant pipeline, cut off or connect pipeline medium. Compared with other valve products, the features are high temperature and high pressure, unique self sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. High temperature and high pressure electric stop valve is welded with pipeline by butt welding. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions with nominal pressure of pn16-32mpa and working temperature ≤ 550 ℃. It is mainly used in the pipeline of various systems such as steel, chemical industry, metallurgy, thermal power station, etc. to cut off or connect pipeline medium. Besides local operation, it can also be operated remotely.
Product Features
1. The high temperature and high pressure electric stop valve adopts pressure self tightening seal, and the two ends of branch pipe of valve body are welded connection.
2. The sealing surface of valve seat and disc is made of cobalt based cemented carbide plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.
3. The valve rod has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance after anti-corrosion nitriding treatment.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing face types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
5. The reverse seal is made of thread connection seal seat or body overlaying austenitic stainless steel, which is reliable. The replacement of packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick, and does not affect the system operation.
